Steiger Part One (DVD)

The first of two programmes about Steiger, Part One covers a period of nearly 50 years from the time the Steiger brothers built their first tractor. Founder Douglas Steiger is our guide to the early days and other interviewees take us through the developments culminating in Series 4. Detailed sections deal with the IH 4366 and the A-C 440.

The DVD comes right up to date with a Steiger STX working in 2006 and a look at the 20,000 acre Doerfler farms where a large number of Steiger-built machines are in constant use.
