We have now reached the autumn in our trip through a farming year in the heart of Europe.
With ploughing, cultivating and the sowing of the following years cereal crops plus the harvesting of many others such as sugar beet, potatoes and maize this is a very, very busy time of the year indeed.
As with the other programmes in this series cameraman and journalist Sascha Jussen has found an amazing and very varied selection of tractors and farm machinery to the screen with some very familiar equipment to British eyes and some not quite so. Highlights include twelve row sugar beet harvesters, monster forage harvesters and huge potato lifters. Once again it is a fascinating and action packed ride!
