IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON UK CUSTOMERS
If you are outside of the UK your order may attract import duty and/ or your countries vat.
As a purchaser it is your responsibility to check which customs & import charges may apply and to pay them.
Usually the parcel carrier will deal with the paper work & make any payments for you and request you pay them.
EU customers please be sure to provide a mobile number so the carrier can text you the details and arrange delivery.



Terms and conditions of use

This is a retail site. All items sold are brand new and are in factory condition unless otherwise stated. All licenced product we sell is 100% licensed. All prices are in £ Great British Pound and include V.A.T. where appropriate. Mistakes can happen, if we have made a mistake in a product listing if it being the price, incorrect information or quantity instock you will be informed as soon as the issue has been discovered by us with some options on what we can do to next. We sell from stock. So pretty much all of the time when it says 'instock' it is instock! 

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are usually shipped via royal mail with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Royal mail Tracked or by parcel force with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before if choosing this method. Postage times vary, UK mainland 1-3 working days. EU international 7-14 working days. ROW international 7-21 working days. *These dates are just estimates

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. where as delivery fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We can advise you on postage simply email us [info@one32.co.uk]. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Refund/Cancelation policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund of the original payment.
Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account.
We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

If you make a purchase online but change your mind once you’ve received your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a full refund (via the original payment method)
provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your contract. You can inform us of your wish to cancel your order by Email, letter or by telephone
You will then have a further 14 days to return your product.

If you make a purchase online but find when you receive your purchase it is either faulty or damaged,
then you have up to 30 days to reject the goods, from the date of purchase, and return it to our warehouse to receive a full refund.

Whilst you are deciding whether to retain your purchase,
you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods and they remain your responsibility until they arrive safe and sound at our warehouse.

We reserve the right to inspect all goods that are returned to us so please do not damage the goods whilst you inspect them.
This includes any original packaging and labels, particularly if the packaging forms part of the goods i.e. boxed models & toys and gift items.

We do not accept liability for any goods that do not reach our warehouse nor can we accept liability for any goods that may be returned to us by mistake.
It is therefore advised that any goods you may wish to return are done so via a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage.
In the event that substantial damage has been caused to the product the we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Where goods are returned damaged or not in their original packaging,
we reserve the right to refund you in full less any deductions due by way of compensation for any damage that may have been caused.
In the event that substantial damage has been caused then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the original payment source within 14 days.
Please note this usually takes between 3 – 5 days but may take up to 14 days.

Products that cannot be returned (unless faulty) DVDs, Games & books where the seal has been broken.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

Please note: Returns sent without prior notification or not including your details may take longer to process.
                     We are not able to accept returns outside the time frames set out above. Any returns received outside of our timeframes
                     will not be refunded or exchanged and will be held for you to collect for 28 days.
                     We reserve the right to charge a fee of £8 for any goods returned as faulty by our postage paid service, which upon inspection are not faulty to cover the return postage costs.
